Today I went to the zoo with Ella's class. It ended up being a fantastic day despite the fact that spring was in hiding. The sun ended up keeping us perfectly cozy. What really was fun for this mama was watching my social butterfly. She really loves friends and it is neat to see her in action with these other kids that I have not helped in forming relationships. I sometimes worry she might be swayed by the crowd but today I watched her be her own person, make good choices and even lovingly tell a friend that saying "oh my god" is not really a nice thing to say. Look out world you will need sunglasses to protect you from her shine!
